Our People

Ian Adams - Managing Director

Ian started at the beginning of the BMCS in 1983 making him a 40 + year veteran of the BMCS Industry. At that time it was simply called DDC or Direct Digital Control. By today's standards the systems he installed back that would genuinely belong in a museum. The first hard drive wasn't used until 1986. It was 10MB. Prior to that it was all done on twin floppy disks or loaded from a tape drive.

"I have fond memories of those early days, being a pioneer into a brand new industry. The main aim then was to control the Air-Conditioning plant in the most efficient manner possible with as little down time or problems as possible. The same is true today. Sure the technology has changed, the graphics look better, the controllers are faster, we monitor more systems now, but it's still the same principle of what you are trying to do 40+ years ago, make the air-conditioning run as efficiently as possible"

Zelko Rezo - Senior Engineer

Zelko started slightly later than Ian, 1986, but it was at the same company at the time, TC Technologies.
